Welcome back to the 2025-2026 school year at Deer Lakes Middle School! We are so excited to see our students and families again and kick off a fantastic new year.

As you return, you'll notice a few changes we made over the summer to brighten up our school. Several classrooms have been given a new pop of color, and we've added some fresh DL branding and graphics throughout the building to showcase our Lancer pride.

This year's theme is "So Much to CELEBRATE!" We are looking forward to celebrating our students' achievements, growth, and the vibrant spirit of our school community.

As a reminder, students can begin entering the building at 7:15 a.m. The first bell rings at 7:35 a.m. and the late bell is at 7:45 a.m. If you arrive after 7:45 a.m., please go directly to the front office to sign in.

We want to make sure you have easy access to all the information you need. Please remember that the DLMS homepage is a great resource where you can find educational trip paperwork, attendance slips, and other district forms.

For our primary communication this year, we will be using ParentSquare to connect with families and StudentSquare to communicate directly with students. We believe these tools will help us keep everyone informed and engaged throughout the year.
