Congratulations to Middle School’s staff and students!

The Middle School was named one of America’s Healthiest Schools by the Alliance for a Healthier Generation after earning the highest marks possible in two categories judged by AHG.

The Middle School was recognized for Nutrition & Food Access and Health Education.

"I am so proud we earned this recognition," Wellness educator Ron Nichols said. "It's an honor to work in a district that values the health and well-being of our students and staff. We believe that healthy students and staff make better learners and a stronger school community. This recognition for 'Improving Nutrition and Food Access' and 'Enriching Health Education' is a wonderful milestone, and we are excited about the possibility of working towards even more categories next year."
