Middle School launches Heroes in our Hallways

This Veterans Day, we reflected on the incredible sacrifices and stories of our local veterans.
Additionally, our Middle School students are honored to launch the "Heroes in Our Hallways" installation, a project focused on CommUNITY and pride in our roots.
6th Grade Personalized Learning classes spoke with Mrs. Carol McCaskey and Mr. Craig Taliani about the veterans in their lives.
7th and 8th Grade students (Macey Gable-Ostrowski, Aubree Davis, Callan Appollonia, Korin Bedillion, David Boulous, Samantha Love, and Tessa Carmen) spoke with veterans to record their inspiring stories.
We are incredibly grateful to East Deer and West Deer Townships for their generous donation of the retired telephone pole banners honoring local veterans. These banners now proudly line our hallways, each featuring the veteran's name and a QR code linking to a podcast where you can hear their story!
Thank you to all who served. We are proud to keep your legacy alive in our hallways!
