Nearly 50 Middle School students participated in the STEAM Symposium in the Pittsburgh Cultural District.

Students learned about unique and authentic professional applications of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) in the Arts. They rotated through several interactive workshops focusing on key industries facilitated by professional artists and industry leaders.

Key industries included architecture, digital art, digital storytelling, graphic design, music production, tech-heavy theater production, and video game design.
